Mara Clark, DPT is a physical therapist from Laurens, Iowa. She earned her Health Sciences degree from the University of South Dakota and completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy at Briar Cliff University.  

Mara enjoys being a physical therapist because of the wide variety of patients she has the opportunity to work with and the constant need to adapt to each individual’s unique needs, a challenge she embraces daily.

Outside of work, she loves paddle boarding, reading, drawing, working out, and spending time with family and friends.

Ashley Plantz, PT, DPT

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Ashley Plantz is a Physical Therapist and the PCH Rehab Director, with over a decade of clinical experience and a commitment to helping people achieve their goals. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Des Moines University after completing a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from St. Ambrose University. She holds advanced certifications in Graston Technique,  LSVT BIG for Parkinson’s Disease, and Functional Dry Needling (FDN). 

Ashley enjoys working with all patient populations, but brings expertise in pediatrics, Parkinson’s Disease, and dry needling. She places a strong emphasis on patient education, empowering individuals to better understand their conditions and actively participate in their recovery. Her approach focuses on tailoring treatment to the unique needs of each patient, promoting long-term wellness and recovery.

Outside of the clinic, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.

Libby Kraft, DPT

Libby Kraft, DPT

Physical Therapist 

Lizabeth (Libby) Kraft is a Physical Therapist with over a decade of experience and enjoys helping people get back to doing what they love. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Des Moines University after completing a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology from Iowa State University. 

Libby is a Certified in Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) and has a strong interest in inpatient care, vestibular rehab, and orthopedics. Libby takes pride in developing personalized care plans that reflect each patient’s unique goals and challenges. She blends clinical expertise with a strong understanding of human movement and behavior to deliver thoughtful, effective treatment.

When she’s not in the clinic, Libby cherishes time with her husband and their four children.
