Allysha Huddleson, ARNP, FNP-C

Family Medicine 

Allysha is a board-certified nurse practitioner with more than 10 years of experience in healthcare, serving in a variety of roles. She is passionate about building meaningful connections with patients of all ages and providing personalized care that supports their overall well-being. Allysha focuses on preventive treatments, health promotion, and helping each patient feel their best and achieve optimal health.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner (MSN-FNP) degree from Morningside University in 2022.

Outside of the clinic, Allysha enjoys spending time with her husband, Nolan, and their spirited redheaded son, Waylon. She loves discovering new coffee shops, indulging in a little retail therapy, and supporting local businesses in her community.

Melissa Frazier, ARNP

Family Medicine 

Melissa is passionate about preventive care and enjoys supporting the health of entire families. She welcomes patients of all ages at the Pocahontas UnityPoint Clinic.

Melissa, a native of Sac City, Iowa, began her journey in healthcare by pursuing a bachelor’s degree in psychology in Arizona, originally planning to become a psychologist. However, she was soon drawn to nursing, appreciating the versatility of the profession, the widespread need for nurses, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives—just as she had hoped to do with her psychology background. After returning to Iowa, Melissa earned her nurse practitioner degree from Walden University.

 In her free time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

Dr. Jennifer Boevers

Family Medicine

Dr. Boevers specializes in family medicine, geriatrics, internal medicine, pediatrics and women’s health. She enjoys working in a rural setting and creating personal relationships with her patients. She accepts patients of all ages at the Pocahontas UnityPoint Clinic.

Dr. Boevers attended Cornell College in Mount Vernon, IA and later graduated from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences, Des Moines, IA. Dr. Boevers completed her residency at Broadlawns Medical Center in Des Moines. She enjoys spending time with her husband and family in her free time.
