Our Community Advocate

KERRI Boker, LPN, has taken on the role of Patient Advocate. Patient advocacy regards any activity which ultimately benefits a patient. Nurses act as patient advocates on a daily basis, however, their time and scope are limited by their job function. Kerri is taking this issue to another level of assistance. If you are looking for a way to afford your medication, maybe you need someone to look out for your best interest or someone to help navigate through the healthcare system, Kerri is the person to call for assistance. There are medication assistance programs available to you through various drug companies and organizations. To find out if you qualify for reduced cost or free medications or if you have other needs, call Kerri at 712-335-5231 for more information.

Hospital Charges

Please understand that hospital charge levels are typically not a good indicator of what your final hospital financial obligation will be. The payment practices of your insurance company and your choice of insurance coverage is a much better indicator of what you will pay. Because so many variables impact what the final cost of your services are as compared to initial charges, it’s important to understand that a listing of charges is likely not what you or your insurance plan actually pays for your healthcare. You can click here to view or download a list of our standard charges. For a machine readable file click here.
