The Pocahontas Healthcare Foundation is honored to receive a generous donation from the family of the late Richard Oberhelman in gratitude for the exceptional care he received at Pocahontas Community Hospital. The Oberhelman family spent a great deal of time at the hospital and formed strong connections with the staff, who made them feel like family during their time of need.
In appreciation of the compassionate and dedicated care Richard received, the family has chosen to give back in a meaningful way. Their generous donation will be directed toward three key areas within the hospital: Cardiopulmonary Services, Rehab Services, and Dietary. These funds will support critical enhancements that directly benefit patient care and overall hospital services.
