Pocahontas Community Hospital Hosts Successful Community BINGO Night, Donates $1,600 to Local Causes

Pocahontas Community Hospital (PCH) brought fun and philanthropy together on Thursday, March 27th, by hosting a community-wide BINGO night at the Legion in Pocahontas. The event welcomed residents of all ages for an evening of entertainment, with all prizes and snacks generously provided by PCH.

Participants played for just 50 cents per card, with the proceeds benefiting two meaningful local causes—half supporting the Pocahontas Public Library and the other half going toward Hudson’s Crew in their efforts to build a new splash pad in Pocahontas. Thanks to the incredible turnout and community participation, the event raised an impressive $1,600, allowing PCH to present donation checks of $800 each to both organizations.

PCH extends a heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for this special night. Your support not only made this event a success but also helped strengthen valuable community resources. We look forward to many more opportunities to give back and connect with our wonderful community!
