The Pocahontas Community Hospital Auxiliary is a volunteer organization which was formed in October, 1966. The main purpose of the organization is to assist the hospital, by our fundraising efforts, in purchasing some of the needed medical equipment which is necessary for the well-being of our patients. The Auxiliary currently has a membership of 176 dedicated members. Our main fundraising event is our Annual Belgium Waffle Breakfast held in February and the Masquerade Jewelry Party.

Auxiliary News Spring 2017
Welcome Spring! The Auxiliary would like to thank all of those who attended or contributed to the Dad’s Belgium Waffle Breakfast Annual Fundraiser in February. We were able to raise $1,330 from the event! We have them booked for next year already. We would like to remind any senior who is going to college next fall with a major in a medical field that they can apply for our $500 scholarship. See your guidance counselor for details. We are excited to be a part of the hospital’s 50th anniversary celebration coming up in June. The Auxiliary will have a table at the event with our latest cookbook for sale. Feel free to stop by and share some memories with us!
